Domestic violence is a prevalent issue in today's society whether it is in the public eye or not in the public eye. The focus of is usually put on the person who committed the act. When information in the forms of video and pictures are released to the public, the person who inflicted the act is victimized. Sometimes what the public has to say about the issue will influence the outcome of the situation. No one usually focuses on the party being victimized through the platform of social media.
